Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm PST should be received within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for Malaysia orders and 21 business days for international orders(currently unavailable). We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.How to Calculate Shipping Fees
Peninsular Malaysia
Standard rate RM6.50 per shipment for the first 500gram. Additional RM1.50 for each 250grams of consecutive weight . You can choose any of the courier service available (Poslaju).
You can also choose self collect where you can collect your order from our warehouse located at 1-2-3, Tingkat Mahsuri 4, Bayan Lepas, 11950, Penang. Please collect after you receive our "we're packing your order" notification via email.
East Malaysia
For Sabah order, 1st 500gram RM11.00, additional 250gram for RM3.50.
For Sarawak order, 1st 500gram RM10.00, additional 250gram for RM3.00.
You can choose any of the courier services available (Poslaju).
You can estimate the shipping fee at the shopping cart or upon checkout.
Max Weight: 30kg (Please talk to us if you wish to order exceed 30kg)
